Lodging in downtown Seattle is booking quickly due to a convention in the area that weekend. I recommend calling hotels and/or their reservations lines directly. Going through agents like Travelocity or Expedia can be a bad idea; I've recently learned that these services will often overbook the hotels, leaving you with nowhere to stay.
